Attributive forms

Als je zegt 'de prachtige bloemen' of 'een prachtige film', gebruik je 'prachtige' vóór het zelfstandig naamwoord om iets moois te beschrijven.

With definite article: de prachtige; "De prachtige bloemen staan in de tuin."
With indefinite article: een prachtige; "Dit is een prachtige film."
Without article: prachtig; "Prachtig om te zien!"

Predicative form

Na 'zijn' of 'worden' gebruik je altijd 'prachtig': De schilderij is prachtig. Dit laat zien dat iets mooi is.
